Heritage town house designed by renowned architect Harold Faulkner in the 1920’s. The property had deteriorated over a long period.

The house was fully stripped back to the shell, extensions where added and both the interiors and exteriors where refurbished in a modern approach with design elements that gave a nod to the heritage aspect of the property.

The final redevelopment comprised of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and wonderful communal areas throughout the house.
