Period family home in Farnham’s Great Austen’s conservation area. Renovation, extensions and landscaping. The property had not been touched in 30 years, room layouts all needed rethinking, 6 new bathrooms, all interiors updated throughout the property. Large extension to the rear of property forming glass orangery atrium and large vaulted kitchen on the site of an old swimming pool. 

The client brief was to restore the character of the original property adding a contemporary twist and provide a modern contemporary layout and finish to the new family area incorporating kitchen, atrium, lounge areas, bathrooms, playroom and guest accommodation. All grounds where newly landscaped with addition of large wraparound terrace, new borders and lawn.
